Hi,

If we take the item down, you will not be able to use the identifier again. If you just want to replace the files in the item, here's an FAQ that will tell you how:

yeah i'll just replace all the files etc.. thats kind of what i was originally planning anyways, just curious if there was a different method. thanks ;]

i havent been able to edit the main pages' description or properties for the spotlight item, etc.. for the past several days. chose to wait to say anything before i mentioned it incase it fixed a temporary problem or whatever. here's the error i get (when trying to edit the info @ http://www.archive.org/details/one):

The item you are trying to edit cannot be retrieved from a "primary US node".

Potential reasons for problem:

a temporary item location failure
the identifier supplied may be invalid or references a removed resource
the item may be in the process of being edited
